My goal in all of my photography is to capture an image that not only conveys the essence of the subject or point in time but also uses the quality of light to further enhance the mood or feeling of the photograph.
Whether the subject is landscape, nature, portrait or events, the quality of light plays a key role in the overall success of the image and its emotional impact. Waiting for the right light or taking the best advantage of available lighting conditions is a driving force in all of my photographic work.
A love of the outdoors and the wonders of nature have strongly influenced my choice of subject matter and is reflected in the Gallery images presented within the site. From the smallest detail to the grand vista, my exploration and capture of the natural world continues.
